Bridges Over Barriers - Community Arts ProjectOnce Completed, the Bridges Over Barriers mosaic mural installation will cover 22,000 s.f. of formerly blank concrete space. This neighborhood beautification project , conceived by Neighborworks of Salt Lake City, and designed by prominent Utah artists,
is being fabricated and installed by both children and adults from the westside neighborhoods in which the installation is located.
